Urea

UREA CO(NH2)2

Urea (carbamide) is a nitrogen fertilizer (contains 46.2% N in amide form).

Urea is produced using ammonia and carbon dioxide.

Application

Unlike other nitrogen fertilizers nitrogen content in urea is the highest (46.2%) which accounts for its economical application to any soil for many agricultural crops as well as a fodder for the ruminants.
