Alkaline Waste of caprolactam process  

Alkaline waste of caprolactam production represents a water solution of sodium salts of acid by-products of a cyclohexane air oxidation

Application: Alkaline waste of caprolactam production is used in the construction industry as a plasticizer and air entrainer additive to concrete, reinforced concrete, mortar etc.; in manufacture of cement, porcelain, expanded clay gravel, bricks as well as gypsum, binding, refractory materials; to liquefy feedstock mixtures of clinker mineralization, to treat coal, ore and sand against frosting and dusting, etc; in oil production to increase oil yield of the oil pools.

Packing , Storage and Transportation

Delivery in 60 t rail tank cars owned by the plant.

The product may be transported in special railway tank cars with bottom discharge or road tank trucks according to the rules of goods carriage applicable for the relevant mode of transport.

Storage in closed metal vessels or reinforced concrete tanks, in store rooms or out-of-doors storage at temperatures from +50oC to –25oC
