Quality

Based on the demands and expectations of our consumers we strive to raise the long-term competitiveness of the company, to gain sustained profits and to strengthen the confidence of shareholders and investors. We are achieving it by:

• introduction and high performance of the quality management system meeting the requirements of ISO 9001 (GOST RISO 9001);
• carrying out technical re-equipment and introduction of the state-of-the-art technologies;
• introduction of the latest information technologies;
• distribution of responsibilities and powers of the personnel, its involvement in realization of goals of the organization, raising its skills, experience, knowledge and motivation.

Environmental protection

Being aware of the necessity to protect the environment for the present and future generations we take care not to affect the environment by our operations. We are achieving it by:

• creation, introduction and consistent improvement of the environmental management system complying with requirements of ISO 14001 (GOST R ISO 14001) to ensure management of impacts on the environment;
• compliance of our operations with the legal and other requirements of the environmental protection;
• introduction of energy saving (waste-free or minor waste) technologies;
• modernization of the existing equipment to maintain and protect nature and abatement of the development pressure in the area of our production facilities;
• consistent abatement of harmful effects on the environment, reducing consumption of natural resources.

Labor safety and prevention of occupational diseases

Being aware of responsibility for health and life protection of the personnel we strive to ensure safe labor conditions at every workplace using advanced experience of the Russian and foreign enterprises. Based on this our priorities are:

• introduction and ensuring high performance of the management system in labor safety and prevention of occupational diseases complying with requirements of OHSAS 18001;
• compliances of our operations with legislative and other requirements of the industrial safety and labor protection;
• ensuring safety of the production facilities employing advanced technologies;
• raising qualification and training of the personnel to reduce accident rate;
• minimization of risks, cut of accident rate and occupational diseases;
• the management of KuibyshevAzot takes on a responsibility for realization of its Policy in the field of quality, environmental protection and prevention of occupational diseases and offers an open dialogue and joint cooperation with all interested parties.
